Complete or delegate admin tasks accurately (e.g., inventory, orders, deliveries, payroll, etc.) knowing how these duties impact operations and the customer experience follow up to confirm accurate completion of delegated items. Correct operational and employee issues negatively affecting the customer experience quickly address customer incidents and injuries. Role model the customer experience and professionalism solicit customer feedback and resolve complaints to their satisfaction utilizing BLAST. Complete additional duties for scheduled opening and closing shifts (e.g., cash management, product levels, reporting, communication logs, etc.). Execute assigned shifts ensure proper staffing level, assign positions, delegate tasks, and observe performance conduct travel paths, monitor product quality and quantity meet expected food cost, labor cost, and ticket times assist where needed to keep shift organized and running smoothly. Ensure all aspects of store operations are executed through managing the team meet store metrics for quality and service standards.
